Lalit Ahluwalia
Lalit Ahluwalia is the CEO and Founder of DigitalXForce and iTrustXForce, leading innovations in cybersecurity through real-time GRC automation and Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture. He created XForce Galaxy’s cyber escape rooms, which teach cybersecurity through play, and the “Security-in-the-Box” framework. Earlier in his career he was CEO and Global Cybersecurity Head of Inspira Enterprise, Global Head of Client Security Solutions and Risk Services at Wipro, and Managing Director and North America Security Lead for Health and Public Sector at Accenture. He is Chairman of the US India Chamber of Commerce and was a member of Forbes Technology Council. His honors include the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2019), D CEO’s Excellence in Cybersecurity award (2019), the Tech Titans Emerging Company CEO Award (2025) and a place in D CEO’s Dallas 500 (2026).

Margareta Petrovic is a senior cybersecurity executive with 15+ years setting strategy,
building global security programs, and architecting enterprise-scale solutions across
Fortune 500, public sector, and consulting environments. She serves as Chief AI Officer at
DigitalXForce, where she defines enterprise AI strategy and governance, chairs the AI
governance committee, and leads the convergence of AI and cybersecurity across the platform.
Prior to joining DigitalXForce, Margareta was Global Managing Partner for Risk and
Cybersecurity Consulting at Tata Consultancy Services, Global Head of Integrated
Cybersecurity Solutions at Wipro, and Health and Public Services Security Lead at Accenture,
where she delivered 50+ large-scale security programs for clients in heavily regulated
sectors. She has contributed to the World Economic Forum Cybersecurity Working Group, is a
member of the Forbes Business Council, and co-authored the TCS 2024 Cybersecurity Trends
report. Margareta holds CISSP and CISA certifications and is a Marquis Who's Who honoree.
Rashmi Chandrashekar
Rashmi Chandrashekar is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with 26 years of experience in cybersecurity, bringing exceptional expertise in security technology consulting, large scale transformation, managed security services, security platform and engineering. She serves as Chief Operating Officer & APAC Region Lead at DigitalXForce.
Prior to joining DigitalXForce, Rashmi was part of the cybersecurity leadership team in Accenture, IBM, DXC and Wipro where she held leadership roles in technology consulting, offering development, client solution development, Security Center of Excellence and global delivery network for cybersecurity service delivery. Rashmi has led women in Cybersecurity and STEM initiatives in DXC and Accenture.

Kapil Matta
Kapil Matta is a versatile risk management leader with 18+ years of experience across banking, cybersecurity, and risk consulting. He currently serves as Regional Head & CXO Advisor for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) at DigitalXForce, a role he began in March 2025. Kapil previously led Compliance and BCM at Agthia Group PJSC. He is currently a Vice President of ISACA UAE Chapter and has been guest speaker at various security forums and prestigious institutions such as IIM Indore.
Kapil has won many prestigious awards CISO 50, CISO of the year, CISO Leadership Award, CIO Leadership and many more to his pedigree. With a PG Diploma in Finance & Economics from Auckland University of Technology and a Physics degree from the University of Mumbai, he brings deep, cross-functional expertise to the leadership team.
